Design and implement high-quality C/C++ embedded avionics software for X-Bat UAVs. Lead cross-functional teams, own features from design to production, integrate firmware and autonomy systems, and develop HIL/virtualized test environments. Produce architecture and test documentation, build CI/test tools, prototype concepts, and ensure reliability, safety, and compliance for aerospace deployments.

Lead manufacturing engineering for propulsion and fluid systems from development to production. Develop and optimize processes, tooling, work instructions, and production flows for engines, fuel and oil systems, pumps, and thrust systems. Drive DFM/DFA, supplier qualification, process validation, root cause investigations, and corrective actions. Support system integration, testing, failure analysis, and production readiness. Define manufacturing standards and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with design, production, quality, supply chain, and test teams.

Lead design and delivery of tactical autonomy and motion-planning software for unmanned platforms. Architect, implement, test, and sustain multi-agent behaviors, integrate with sensors and vehicle systems, and drive product-line reuse and cross-team collaboration throughout the software lifecycle.

Lead manufacturing engineering for electrical and avionics systems from prototype to full-rate production. Develop processes, tooling, work instructions, and standards for wiring harnesses, PCBAs, batteries, sensors, and power systems. Drive DFM/DFA, root cause investigations, supplier qualification, production readiness, and continuous improvement while mentoring junior engineers and collaborating with cross-functional teams.

Design, implement, and deploy safety-critical navigation and state estimation systems for aerospace platforms. Develop EKF and GNSS/INS integration, multi-sensor fusion for GPS-denied environments, FDIR and integrity monitoring, and V&V test plans. Support certification, requirements allocation, performance analysis, flight test evaluation, and provide technical leadership and mentoring.
