Deploy and integrate Shield AI's Hivemind autonomy software with customers worldwide, provide technical support and training, develop autonomy applications using the Shield AI SDK, assist sales and post-sales activities, debug API integrations, create documentation, and lead cross-functional technical delivery in complex environments.

Design, implement, and own tactical autonomy behaviors for unmanned platforms. Develop and test multi-agent coordination, motion and behavior planning, target engagement, and survivability features. Work across the software lifecycle, integrate with sensor, estimation, communications, and control systems, contribute to shared frameworks, and support platform integration and testing (travel up to 20%).

Lead architecture, design, and development of precision wire harnesses and cable assemblies for autonomous UAVs. Own 3D CAD routing, analysis, prototypes, and testing. Perform electrical and environmental reliability analysis, integrate with avionics/systems/manufacturing, and mentor engineers to establish harness design best practices.

Own and maintain native C++ build systems for autonomous aircraft. Improve developer velocity by reducing build/test cycle time, integrate CI with HIL and simulation, implement monitoring and alerts, troubleshoot build/test failures, and collaborate with engineers to design and deploy DevEx/DevOps solutions.

Lead and grow the mechanical engineering team for avionics in X-BAT aircraft and ground vehicles. Own architecture, thermal, harnessing, and electro-mechanical design from concept through manufacturing, partnering with electrical, RF, PCB, reliability, supply chain, structures, and manufacturing teams to deliver flight-critical systems.

Lead manufacturing engineering for propulsion and fluid systems from development to production. Develop and optimize processes, tooling, work instructions, and production flows for engines, fuel and oil systems, pumps, and thrust systems. Drive DFM/DFA, supplier qualification, process validation, root cause investigations, and corrective actions. Support system integration, testing, failure analysis, and production readiness. Define manufacturing standards and mentor junior engineers while collaborating with design, production, quality, supply chain, and test teams.
