Perform finite element modeling and structural analyses (static, modal, fatigue, vibration) for UAV airframes; validate FEA with hand calculations and test data; develop test plans, define load cases and material properties, optimize structures for weight and strength, and document technical recommendations.

Lead and scale V-BAT simulation capabilities by designing and integrating simulation tooling, managing a distributed simulation engineering team, aligning cross-functional priorities, creating workflows and documentation, and delivering simulation roadmaps, dashboards, and release processes to ensure safe, reliable aircraft development.

Lead a team designing, building, and releasing aircraft-focused software: OTA update systems, simulation/training apps, maintenance/operator tools, and flight-data pipelines. Coordinate with DevOps, Simulation, Integration & Test, and GCS to ensure secure, reliable, and integrated solutions for fleet and customer operations.

Translate product user stories into clear, testable engineering requirements for the Hivemind SDK. Define, model, and validate system behavior, maintain requirements traceability, support system modeling with SysML/Cameo, and collaborate with Product, QA, and engineering to ensure requirements are implemented and verified.

Lead survivability engineering for autonomous aircraft: design and optimize low-observable features, perform electromagnetic signature modeling and RCS simulations, lead RCS testing and validation, integrate RAM and LO coatings with multidisciplinary teams, translate mission threats into survivability features, and support customer/internal threat assessments throughout program lifecycle.
