Integrate, characterize, calibrate, and validate multi-modal navigation sensors (IMUs, GNSS, cameras, altimeters). Develop test plans, calibration scripts, and data-processing tools; collaborate across electrical, mechanical, and software teams; support schematics, CAD, drivers, and lab-based sensor testing through production.

Lead planning and execution of aircraft and lab test activities for UAV/UAS/manned systems. Develop test plans/procedures, manage test requirement traceability, coordinate ground and flight tests, collect/analyze data, report results, troubleshoot anomalies, and support continuous improvement while ensuring safety and program alignment.

Lead fuel system architecture, integration, testing, and operational support for a jet-powered UAV. Manage engineers and technicians working on tanks, pumps, valves, venting, pressurization, and sensors. Drive fluid/thermal trade studies, coordinate testing and instrumentation, support failure investigations, and align suppliers and schedules with program goals across propulsion, airframe, and manufacturing teams.

Develop and scale high-performance, deterministic aircraft subsystem models and simulation tooling in C++. Build infrastructure for automated testing (HITL/SITL, CI/CD), implement unit/system/regression tests, perform model verification and validation, analyze system performance, and collaborate with autonomy, embedded, GNC, and test teams to ensure simulation fidelity to real aircraft.
