Integrate avionics, sensors, actuators, and payloads into aircraft and launch/recovery vehicles. Design and build test fixtures with hydraulic actuation, integrate and calibrate sensors, automate data acquisition and processing in Python, perform FEA and data analysis, generate technical reports, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to validate designs and ensure manufacturability and safety.

Lead system architecture, design, risk mitigation, and integration of Hivemind autonomy on UAS. Manage a team to deliver production-ready autonomous capabilities for DoD and commercial contracts, provide technical leadership across IRAD and government programs, and support proposals and customer-facing engineering.

Own and improve C++ build and release workflows for autonomy and vision products: maintain reproducible builds, containerised CI/CD pipelines, edge container images, artefact repositories, and deployment/promotion practices for air-gapped and constrained environments. Collaborate with engineers and sysadmins to ensure reliable edge delivery and troubleshoot pipeline and deployment issues.

Integrate and deploy autonomy software onto unmanned aircraft, prepare flight-ready systems, support on-site flight tests, debug hardware/software, capture and analyze flight data, collaborate with autonomy/GNC/test teams, and support certification and continuous improvement for reliable autonomous operations.
