Lead aerostructures strategy and execution for the X-BAT program, overseeing design, analysis, integration, testing, and certification of composite and metallic primary structures. Build and mentor multidisciplinary teams, drive manufacturability and production transitions, partner across disciplines (propulsion, avionics, autonomy, flight test), perform structural trade studies, root-cause analysis, and present technical recommendations to leadership and stakeholders.
