Migrate storage to open standards including Parquet, Arrow, and DataFusion; improve compaction, compression, indexing, caching, and storage tiering; support event versioning and Iceberg-based analytical workloads; collaborate across ingestion, metadata, platform, and Lakehouse teams; and contribute to open-source software.
