As a Senior Site Reliability Engineer, you will ensure system uptime, improve infrastructure reliability, develop automation tools, manage incidents, and collaborate with engineering teams.

Join the Cloud Data Ingestion & Transformation team to design, build, and operate scalable data ingestion and transformation systems. Own end-to-end features (primarily back-end with front-end delivery), process very high data volumes, drive architectural decisions, and improve platform reliability and customer data integrations.

Serve as a technical advisor within Expert Services to design and deliver bespoke integrations, data strategies, and custom implementations of the Braze platform. Drive complex technical projects, support onboarding and SDK/API integrations, troubleshoot strategic technical issues, document architectures, and collaborate with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success to maximize customer adoption and time-to-value.
