Responsibilities include installations, upgrades, patching, automation, monitoring, troubleshooting, migrations, design input, cross-team collaboration, and participation in a 24x7 on-call rota.

Support production by resolving product/process issues, performing root cause analysis, developing dispositions and interim structural repairs, and implementing product/process improvements. Design, develop, and modify structural and interior payload systems for B-1 bomber modifications using 3D CAD tools; validate designs via analysis and testing; manage supplier activities; resolve product/process issues and document procedures. Works onsite and under general direction.

Lead cross-functional teams to deliver hardware subsystems, ensuring alignment with cost, schedule, and technical performance. Oversee execution, capacity planning, and resource alignment for high-rate manufacturing.

Lead a team of engineers and operations staff to develop and implement manufacturing build plans, improve processes, ensure quality and safety, resolve root causes, manage schedules and metrics, and communicate progress to senior leadership while spending significant time on the factory floor.

Lead and coordinate multi-disciplinary engineering support for Apache Phase Maintenance, managing SOWs, resources, schedule, costs, risks/issues/opportunities, change control, continuous improvement, and stakeholder integration across programme and IPT interfaces.

Develop and validate QEMU-based device and platform models for system-level emulation. Integrate and test firmware, drivers, and applications, support CI/automated tests, troubleshoot software, perform research/trade studies, document test results, and collaborate across teams to deliver high-fidelity digital twin test environments.

Manage and maintain the PCB/PCBA piece-part library and Altium vault, create schematic symbols and footprints, import/manage parts in Teamcenter, develop PCB workflows, perform PCBA layouts from schematics, coordinate part approval and testing with cross-functional teams, and support Altium administration and integrations to enable flight and non-flight avionics hardware.
