Lead and execute system- and airplane-level safety and mission assurance analyses (FHA, FTA, MFTA, CMA, PRA, ZSA). Document hazard mitigations, validate/verify safety requirements, develop certification strategies, create safety tools/processes, and advise stakeholders on safety design and integration.

The Test Technical Lead Engineer will oversee planning and execution of tests for the PAC-3 system, ensure technical readiness, and lead a multidisciplinary engineering team to validate design and manufacturing processes.

Design, develop, and deliver technical maintenance training for commercial aircraft maintainers. Identify customer training needs, create courseware and proposals, instruct advanced courses, evaluate program effectiveness, and maintain training standards. Support classes and workshops onsite and travel up to 25% internationally and domestically.

Design and analyze satellite solar arrays and battery mechanical/electro-mechanical systems. Lead design, testing, qualification, failure investigations, and cross-functional coordination. Produce mechanical/electrical layouts using Creo/AutoCAD, apply GD&T and DFMAT, and serve as a technical lead or Responsible Engineering Authority on spacecraft solar and battery hardware.

Lead EO/IR signature analysis, design, modeling, integration, and test for advanced platforms. Develop requirements, run simulations, execute lab/range validation, direct design trade studies, collaborate across disciplines, support suppliers/customers, produce technical documentation, and support product lifecycle and proposals.

The role involves supporting EMC design and analysis for satellites, managing requirements, test plans, and technical oversight while interfacing with multiple stakeholders.

Support on-orbit WGS satellite operations: advise customers on spacecraft and ground control, author procedures and change requests, run simulations and software/database testing, analyze satellite data and trends, perform technical studies, and support anomaly/problem resolution in a team environment.
