The Industrial Engineer (Associate) analyzes and designs operations and workflows to enhance efficiencies, implements cost control measures, and develops time standards while supporting production operations.

Optimize aerospace manufacturing processes via workflow and layout design, value stream mapping, time-and-motion studies, capacity analysis and line balancing. Drive continuous improvement using Lean/Six Sigma, develop KPIs and dashboards, integrate safety/ergonomics, and collaborate with engineering, manufacturing, and facilities to improve efficiency, quality, cost, and delivery.

Design structural, payload, and MGSE components for space hardware using 3-D CAD. Validate designs to requirements, manage suppliers, develop tooling and production concepts, ensure compliance with safety and manufacturability, and support fabrication, integration, and test throughout the product lifecycle.
