The Senior Spacecraft C&DH Engineer will design and manage spacecraft systems, lead technical studies, and mentor junior engineers for mission success.

The Analog Design Engineer at Boeing will design and support electronics systems, create designs and documentation, conduct simulations, and collaborate to ensure producibility and reliability of designs.

Serve on the Material Review Board to disposition production nonconformances for aerostructures. Investigate root causes, recommend repairs or design/process changes, manage projects, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure compliance with FAA/OEM delegated requirements for machined parts, composites, assemblies, and systems integration.

Provide airport/aircraft compatibility expertise including pavement strength analysis (PCN/PCR), airfield design standards (ICAO/FAA), on-site pavement testing, signage/lighting/NAVAID assessment, recommend facility/procedure changes, mentor junior engineers, and perform technical quality control and reporting.

Design, develop, test, debug and maintain embedded software for avionics systems. Translate customer requirements, integrate software with specialized hardware, improve performance and stability, and participate in testing and project management. Support adoption of emerging tools and DevOps practices and ensure compliance with safety, industry, and export control requirements.

Coordinate Deeper Level Maintenance (DLM) for P-8A Poseidon, manage scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, maintain stakeholder communications, set and meet induction/delivery timelines, implement production management procedures, improve workflows, and ensure compliance with Commonwealth maintenance documentation and release processes.

Develop and implement manufacturing processes for airplane subsystems, ensure production readiness, support delivery center operations, optimize workflows and quality, use data analysis for continuous improvement, and provide manufacturability input during design reviews.

Support development and improvement of PCBA and electronic assembly manufacturing processes. Create and maintain process documentation, support validations, inspections, failure investigations, production ramp and on-floor troubleshooting, and participate in Lean/continuous improvement initiatives while following Boeing and industry manufacturing standards.

Develop and manage Command & Data Handling and Networking subsystems for autonomous satellite networks. Define and flow down requirements, create subsystem architecture and analyses (traffic, TM accuracy, sampling), ensure COMSEC/CNSSP-12 compliance, perform integration, test, verification, and prepare specifications, SDRLs/CDRLs and design reviews. Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and support spacecraft database, flight software inputs, and process documentation.

The role involves design and integration of low-observable propulsion systems, utilizing CEM solvers and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to meet design requirements.
