Lead the design, administration, security, and evolution of Workhuman’s enterprise Apple endpoint environment. Manage JAMF Pro, Apple Business Manager, macOS and iPadOS deployments, identity integrations, endpoint security, patching, software delivery, and lifecycle management. Build automation with scripting, APIs, and Infrastructure as Code; implement zero-touch deployment and Platform SSO; troubleshoot complex issues; and provide technical leadership while partnering with Infrastructure, Security, Workplace Technology, Endpoint Engineering, and Service Desk teams.
