Design and prototype innovative Shark home products by combining user-centered design, mechanical engineering, ergonomics, and hands-on testing. Responsibilities include generating product concepts, collaborating cross-functionally, conducting design studies, building low-fidelity prototypes, testing solutions, and incorporating user-testing findings. The role requires CAD experience, physical prototyping skills, machine-shop familiarity, and an understanding of mechanical principles and small-appliance electronics.

Leads product integrity, design assurance, verification and validation throughout new product development. Owns risk-based test plans, DFMEA, DVP&R, safety reviews, quality gates, root-cause investigations, CAPA, supplier corrective actions and production-readiness recommendations. Leads global embedded firmware architecture and US delivery across SharkNinja’s product portfolio. Defines HAL/API, RTOS, build, testing, governance, and supplier standards; oversees firmware schedules, quality, and scope; builds CI, static analysis, and hardware-in-the-loop infrastructure; manages internal teams and ODM/JDM partners; and drives hardware-software integration, platform reuse, technical leadership, and executive communication.
