The role also supports vehicle readiness, launch-site activities, material handling, and periodic field operations while coordinating with engineering, quality, and launch operations teams.

Leads the design and development of high-power electrical systems for aerospace launch and processing facilities. Responsibilities include requirements, analyses, equipment selection, construction drawings, technical specifications, subcontractor oversight, installation, troubleshooting, startup, and commissioning across systems from 22.5 kV to 120 V. The role also provides technical direction, resolves integration and reliability challenges, and collaborates with engineering, construction, operations, and management teams.

Leads factory testing projects and initiatives for rocket components, troubleshooting complex issues, overseeing technical work, mentoring technicians, and collaborating with engineering and leadership on new hardware, processes, and testing procedures. The role operates on a second shift with a 50-hour workweek, including guaranteed overtime and a shift differential.

Manage a team of vehicle test engineers and own production test deliverables for rocket stage integration. Lead vehicle and subsystem checkout operations, including fluid leak checks, low- and high-voltage checkouts, and functional verification. Develop test standards, infrastructure roadmaps, automated frameworks, test plans, data processes, operator training, and continuous-improvement initiatives. Partner with systems engineering, manufacturing, production, and program leadership to improve cycle time, quality, readiness, and schedule alignment.

Performs thermal, structural, dynamic, durability, fatigue, and fracture analyses for Aeon-R rocket engines and subsystems. Analyzes 3D-printed components, mechanical assemblies, and integrated engine structures; collaborates with design and manufacturing teams; and develops qualification tests involving test integration, instrumentation, and data processing.

Owns primary structure assembly work centers for Terran R rocket production, removes production barriers, drives process improvements, develops work instructions and manufacturing standards, and provides design-for-manufacturing feedback. Partners with engineering, production, reliability, and vendor teams to support prototype and flight builds. The role requires hands-on complex assembly experience, aerospace or manufacturing engineering expertise, and knowledge of tooling, machining, drilling, trimming, fastening, inspection, and GD&T.

Owns primary structure assembly work centers, removes production barriers, drives process improvements, develops work instructions and specifications, and provides design-for-manufacturing feedback. Partners with engineering, production, reliability teams, and vendors to advance aerospace builds. Owns rocket primary structure assemblies from initial build through production. Responsibilities include maintaining manufacturing bills of material, concepts of operations, schedules, work instructions, tooling and work-cell requirements; resolving shop-floor issues; improving production processes; and providing design-for-manufacturing feedback.
