Author and maintain vehicle processing, build flows, work instructions, and test procedures at the launch site. Designs, builds, and operates pressurized cryogenic, pneumatic, and hydraulic test systems; develops data/control systems; creates and executes test plans; troubleshoots reliability issues; advises engineers on test practices and mitigates hazards to ensure safe, consistent rocket testing.

Design, analyze, manufacture, and test rocket flight structures from concept to flight-ready hardware. Perform structural sizing, load review, and test campaigns, optimize designs for additive manufacturing, create drawings, support fabrication, and collaborate with additive, design, test, and loads teams to deliver projects on time and budget.

Design, test, and analyze custom avionics electronics for the Terran R vehicle. Own hardware development across the product lifecycle: concept, board bring-up, verification, qualification, production, integration, and vehicle operations. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, manufacturable electronics delivered on schedule.

Manage a fluids analysis team for aerospace vehicle development, performing thermal-fluid calculations and overseeing analysis for complex systems while mentoring engineers.

Develop, validate, and refine test assets and processes for mechanical, electrical, and pneumatic assemblies. Design and/or source test equipment and tooling, author test specifications and work orders, support shop-floor testing, analyze test data, lead root-cause investigations, and drive cross-functional improvements to ensure scalable, safe production testing.

As a Senior RF Engineer, you will design, develop, and test RF systems for deep-space communication, focusing on architecture and integration with spacecraft. You'll work hands-on from concept to readiness, tackling engineering challenges alongside cross-functional teams.
