Owns crawl, indexation, rendering, structured data, AppsFlyer attribution, reliability, SLOs, incident response, observability, regression testing, and cross-team technical influence. Writes production code, drives architecture and design reviews, mentors engineers, and partners with Organic Growth product leaders to improve search visibility and listing-sharing experiences.

Develop and maintain scalable, cloud-based search applications and pipelines serving millions of real estate users. Build backend systems with Node.js, Python, TypeScript, and Java; deploy microservices using AWS, Docker, Elasticsearch, and Jenkins CI/CD. Collaborate with product stakeholders in Agile/Scrum teams, optimize developer tooling and infrastructure automation, prototype emerging technologies, and improve application quality, reliability, and delivery speed.

Build and operate high-traffic consumer and partner products across backend services, APIs, frontend applications, infrastructure, and databases. The role owns testing, observability, SLOs, reliability, security, compliance-aware data architecture, incident readiness, and integrations. Engineers independently deliver features, manage dependencies, collaborate cross-functionally, and use AI-assisted development tools. Work may support new construction, mortgage, financial services, rentals, or B2B partnerships.

Provides technical leadership for backend systems, designing scalable content ingestion pipelines, APIs, AI integrations, third-party services, and real-time notification systems. Establishes architecture, infrastructure, observability, and reliability standards while partnering with product managers, mentoring engineers, and guiding complex technical decisions.
