Own components end to end, ensure resiliency and observability, lead technical execution, mentor engineers, and translate product requirements into technical strategy while collaborating across teams.

Design, build, and scale distributed Java backend systems serving millions of users. Own features end to end, including architecture, implementation, deployment, monitoring, and performance optimization. Develop low-latency APIs, AI-driven agent pipelines, cloud-native services, and infrastructure using AWS, Docker, Kubernetes/ECS, and Kafka. Ensure high availability, resiliency, fault tolerance, and observability while collaborating with product and infrastructure teams and contributing to technical direction.

Own and develop Nexthink’s observability platform, integrating DataDog, AWS, GitHub Actions, OpenTelemetry, and APIs. Improve platform reliability, performance, cost, governance, and operational efficiency while troubleshooting production systems. Apply AI and LLM capabilities to automate root-cause analysis and identify improvements. The role requires independent technical ownership, strong engineering judgment, cross-team collaboration, and expertise in SaaS, CI/CD, DevOps, Kubernetes, AWS, infrastructure as code, security, and SRE practices.

Build and maintain a high-throughput data pipeline processing millions of messages per second. Develop backend microservices, implement REST/GraphQL APIs, optimize data transformations with Spark, integrate Kafka messaging, ensure observability, automate testing, and work with Kubernetes, Helm, and containerization to operate large-scale systems.

Design, develop, and maintain UI platform features using TypeScript, React, RESTful APIs, microservices, and cloud-native technologies. Improve performance, scalability, reliability, and security; contribute to architecture and secure coding practices; develop automated tests; enhance CI/CD pipelines; participate in agile ceremonies and code reviews; and collaborate across engineering and product teams.

Own the automation domain for Nexthink’s Product organization by designing, developing, and maintaining production-grade automation workflows. Integrate systems through APIs, Microsoft Power Platform, Microsoft 365, AWS, GitHub Actions, and AI/LLM capabilities. Administer and optimize the automation environment for reliability, performance, cost, and governance. Monitor, troubleshoot, and continuously improve workflows while providing technical direction and partnering with stakeholders.

Design, build, and operate Nexthink's cloud data infrastructure across AWS regions. Automate provisioning and self-service (Crossplane), run and onboard data stores, ensure resiliency, DR and observability (Datadog), collaborate with product teams, handle incidents and on-call duties to meet RPO/RTO and availability SLAs.
