Use AI-assisted development tools responsibly while maintaining strong documentation, compliance, and engineering practices.

Develop and maintain Kubernetes runtime environments, support developers, resolve critical issues, and participate in on-call rotations for production systems.

Design, implement, and support features for the MongoDB Atlas API Platform and developer tools (e.g., Atlas CLI). Build IaC tooling and integrations, work with cloud platforms, ship incremental features, investigate customer issues (Level 2 support rotation), and collaborate across distributed teams while mentoring peers.

Lead architecture, design, and delivery of scalable Salesforce solutions for post-sales teams (Customer Success, Support, Renewals, Services). Drive integrations, platform governance, CI/CD, troubleshooting, technical documentation, and mentor engineers while partnering with cross-functional stakeholders to improve platform reliability and reduce technical debt.

Build and ship core AI interface platform components connecting AI agents and developers to MongoDB (MCP Server, Agent Skills, Intelligent Assistant Platform). Define architecture, implement scalable backend services, own ambiguous projects end-to-end, mentor engineers, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate across research, product, and design.

Lead a platform engineering team to build and operate a self-service internal developer platform. Define and deliver large infrastructure projects, mentor engineers, operate production Kubernetes clusters, implement CI/CD pipelines, observability, SLI/SLOs, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve developer productivity and platform reliability.
