Build and ship full-stack features within small engineering Pods using Node.js, React, Golang, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, and AWS. Develop APIs, front-end interfaces, integrations, tests, and AI-powered capabilities. Collaborate with product, design, and senior engineers; participate in code reviews, production support, on-call rotations, and bug triage while growing technical, UX, and system-design skills.

Own end-to-end cloud and AI cost optimization: right-size EC2, manage reservations/spot, storage tiering, build dashboards, reduce LLM token spend, codify standards with Terraform, and partner with engineering and finance to forecast and enforce cost-efficient architectures.

Design, build, and maintain scalable backend and infrastructure systems (50% backend, 50% infra). Improve developer experience, observability, performance, availability, and latency. Lead large-scale architectural changes (database sharding, event bus, search scaling), mentor engineers, drive cross-team best practices, and collaborate with InfoSec on compliance and security automation.
