Define architecture and roadmaps for petabyte-scale data processing, AI/LLM-enabled features (RAG), high-throughput ETL, and secure REST APIs while ensuring CI/CD, DevOps, cost optimization, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA/GDPR).

Maintain and improve Bazel-based build workflows and CI/CD pipelines to boost developer experience and reliability. Own build performance, remote caching/execution, test sharding, and tooling for a multi-language monorepo. Build internal automation, diagnose CI flakiness, support container and Python packaging workflows, and collaborate with developers, researchers, and platform teams to accelerate delivery.
