The Senior Solutions Engineer will engage with enterprise customers, provide pre-sales support, deliver technical presentations, and lead proof-of-concept activities, while building relationships and driving customer success with Cloudflare solutions.

Pre-sales Solutions Engineer covering Central & Eastern Europe (Hebrew-speaking). Acts as technical customer advocate, designs fit-for-purpose Cloudflare solutions, collaborates with Sales/Product/Engineering, explains complex internet and security concepts, wins technical evaluations against competitors, manages projects and customer relationships, and travels ~10-15 days per quarter.

Design and build frontend experiences and components for the Cloudflare dashboard. Collaborate with design and systems engineers, own code from inception to release, and improve developer experience. Debug, optimize, and identify failure modes in large-scale frontend and distributed systems.

Build, scale, and maintain a high-performance analytical database platform (ClickHouse) for real-time analytics. Develop platform components, add clusters, optimize query performance and ingestion, troubleshoot reliability issues, collaborate across teams and with the ClickHouse open-source community, and research next-generation database engine improvements.

Build and scale customer-facing Analytics and Alerts APIs and near real-time alerting platform. Optimize analytical queries, collaborate with frontend/product teams, ensure reliability and run on-call for operational health.

Design, build, and operate a scalable logging and audit-log delivery platform. Develop high-performance connectors and integrations, ensure secure, compliant delivery to customer destinations, optimize pipeline throughput and latency, maintain operational health and monitoring, participate in on-call rotation, and collaborate on architecture and product requirements across teams.

Build and maintain high-throughput, low-latency distributed data systems across ingestion, storage, and retrieval. Optimize delivery pipelines, scale analytical database clusters (ClickHouse), develop GraphQL and log delivery solutions, monitor performance with observability tooling, troubleshoot production issues, and collaborate cross-functionally and with open-source communities to evolve the data platform.

Lead rapid-response and proactive reliability work for high-severity, customer-facing incidents. Debug across edge, network, DNS, transport, and customer stacks; own on-call, postmortems, and remediation. Build telemetry, detectors, diagnostic tooling, and automation with Product Engineering. Mentor support teams, define reliability metrics, and ship AI-assisted diagnostics to reduce detection and resolution time.

Design, implement, and operate production distributed systems enforcing data localization across Cloudflares global edge. Work full-stack in Go and Rust on policy enforcement, key routing, APIs, storage, and observability. Own design, rollout, on-call operations, incident response, and reliability for compliance-sensitive systems.

The GTM Engineer will design and maintain AI-powered workflows, integrate APIs, and ensure data quality while improving sales processes.
