Own production code, debug large-scale distributed systems, and shape feature design in a fast, iterative environment.

Embed with a strategic customer to design, build, and deploy production-ready code on the Cloudflare platform. Own technical strategy, operational reliability, platform adoption, and incident response while surfacing product feedback and partnering with senior customer and Cloudflare engineering leadership. Maintain regular on-site presence.

Own and administer the Atlassian Data Center Jira environment: lead patching and upgrades, govern configurations, build Groovy/ScriptRunner automations, monitor performance and JVM tuning, troubleshoot logs and thread dumps, and provide Tier 3 support and change-controlled operations to maximize uptime and scalability.

Embed as a hands-on technical expert within customer teams to design, configure, and optimize Cloudflare solutions. Lead implementations, build automations and prototypes, produce architecture and delivery artifacts (HLD/LLD, runbooks, test/deployment plans), run workshops and knowledge transfer, and act as customer advocate to Cloudflare product and engineering teams while aligning technical outcomes to business objectives.

Lead interconnection and backbone strategy for the Americas, balancing US scale with South America build challenges. Use AI-driven analytics and automation to model capacity, cost, and peering opportunities. Negotiate high-value interconnection agreements, partner with the Regional Network Acquisition Manager for execution, and manage relationships with ISPs, IXPs, carriers. Collaborate cross-functionally on capacity planning, network engineering, and operations, and represent Cloudflare in industry forums.

Customer-facing pre-sales technologist partnering with sales to map customer needs to Cloudflare solutions, deliver technical presentations and demos, run proofs-of-concept, build technical relationships, produce technical content, represent Cloudflare at events, and advise on architecture and best practices.
