Collaborate with CAD, EDA, and software teams to integrate AI-driven design flows and advance future memory generations.

Leads the F16N PEE section to improve safety, yield, cycle time, maxout, cost, and quality performance. Manages KPIs, process control systems, change management, yield improvement, process simplification, and fab efficiency initiatives. Develops technical talent, succession plans, and leadership capabilities while coordinating across operations and divisions. Oversees project prioritization, execution, EHS compliance, and continuous improvement across DRAM semiconductor processes.

Leads a semiconductor fab equipment engineering team responsible for equipment installation, qualification, upgrades, maintenance, reliability, safety, and uptime. Partners with process engineering and operations to improve manufacturing performance, reduce costs, analyze equipment data, and execute projects within scope, schedule, and budget. Provides technical guidance, mentors engineers, and drives continuous improvement across DE equipment processes.
