The Sr. Observability Engineer at Micron will manage and support monitoring tools, ensure system reliability, perform incident resolution, and maintain performance standards.

Manage and optimize industrial water and wastewater systems (WTP/WWTP/STP/ETP/ZLD). Monitor performance, drive process and energy optimizations, ensure environmental compliance, lead preventive/predictive maintenance, perform RCA, support capacity expansion and commissioning, prepare technical documentation, and enforce EHS standards while coordinating cross-functional teams and vendors.

Perform electrical device characterization, fault isolation, and physical failure analysis for qualifications, customer returns, and NPI. Responsible for product development and high volume manufacturing of SSD, including failure analysis, yield evaluation, and troubleshooting customer returns.

Optimize and maintain semiconductor HBM process conditions and parameters, improve process capability and reduce cost, manage process projects, evaluate and plan new equipment and materials, and perform abnormality analysis and corrective improvements.

Lead and implement occupational, process, and industrial safety programs for a semiconductor fab. Ensure regulatory and SEMI compliance, conduct audits, manage incident investigations and corrective actions, drive risk-based safety improvements, maintain EHSMS (ISO/RBA), oversee emergency preparedness, contractor safety, PPE and health programs, and report EHS performance to site leadership.

Lead electrical characterization of advanced DRAM and emerging memory devices, driving methodology development and collaborating with cross-functional teams to connect device behavior to reliability and performance.

Develop and implement power- and area-efficient RTL for digital/mixed-signal blocks using SystemVerilog. Perform front-end checks (lint, CDC/RDC, synthesis, UPF), run synthesis and STA, evaluate RTL and gate-level power/timing, and collaborate across verification, synthesis, and physical design to meet PPA targets.

The EUV Lithography Pathfinding Engineer will evaluate advanced lithography technologies, lead pathfinding activities, collaborate on roadmap requirements, and ensure implementation readiness for new patterning approaches.
