The ChemLab Engineer will enhance lab processes and technologies, evaluate equipment, conduct analyses, and collaborate with global teams.

Develop, configure, and optimize package assembly and wafer-level packaging processes (front end, bonding, back end). Run experiments, collect and interpret data, support manufacturing ramp and side-by-side certification, define assembly process guidelines, approve material/process/equipment changes, and troubleshoot packaging risks (bumping, TSV).

Design and develop analog, mixed-signal, custom digital block and full-chip layouts; perform physical verification (LVS, DRC, antenna, EM/IR, latch-up); use auto place-and-route and SKILL automation; mentor junior engineers; coordinate globally and deliver high-quality, on-time tapeout-ready layouts while leveraging AI to reduce effort.

Design and validate complex analog mixed-signal circuits for advanced HBM products including amplifiers, comparators, references, IO (DDR/LPDDR), charge pumps, oscillators, DLLs, and sensors. Lead layout, floor-planning, placement, routing and EM/IR optimization. Perform simulations with FINESIM/HSPICE/Verilog, parasitic modeling, reliability/degradation verification, tape-out support, and cross-functional collaboration. Provide technical leadership, standardization, and training while leveraging AI tools to improve design efficiency and PPA.

Define test plans, design test cases and scripts to validate enterprise/datacenter NVMe SSD firmware. Create whitebox/greybox tests, debug NVMe/PCIe issues, integrate tests into automation, track results, and collaborate with firmware teams to close defects and validate fixes.

Lead design, layout, and optimization of datapath and TSV interface circuits for 3D-stacked NAND memory. Architect wide parallel buses, perform timing, signal and power integrity analysis, develop verification and DFT strategies, collaborate with cross-functional teams for tape-out, post-silicon validation, yield improvement, and TSV reliability.

The position involves supporting BEOL process flow development for DRAM technologies, troubleshooting integration issues, analyzing data for yield improvement, collaborating with teams, and learning statistical tools.

Lead photomask/reticle quality and contamination control efforts. Monitor and improve reticle inspection and ADC processes, define process parameters, evaluate and implement equipment/materials, perform 8D root-cause analysis, develop technology roadmaps, and apply data-driven/AI-assisted solutions while collaborating cross-functionally to reduce defects and operational risk.

Implement and support HOST automation and Auto Shell deployments for MTB equipment integration. Apply Generative AI/LLMs and AI analytics to reduce system issues. Lead incident and problem management, execute projects, design new product process flows, manage ET and RMS, coordinate MES UAT, troubleshoot systems, perform basic MSSQL querying and data analysis, and collaborate across engineering, manufacturing, and IT with executive reporting.

Prepare HBM component validation for silicon, identify and validate test equipment and flows, debug failures and implement fixes, collaborate with DV/QA/manufacturing/marketing, develop and validate test programs, analyze data and datasheets, present findings, and provide technical training.
