Coordinate with global teams and suppliers, run DOE experiments, troubleshoot manufacturing issues, evaluate consumables/hardware, drive process control and yield improvements, and contribute to innovation and documentation.

Develop, optimize, and control wet semiconductor manufacturing processes for high-volume production. Lead process capability and cost-reduction initiatives, qualify equipment and materials, analyze and correct manufacturing abnormalities, and collaborate cross-functionally to improve yield, quality, and productivity. Use generative AI and analytics tools to support documentation, knowledge sharing, and data-driven decision-making.

Designs and implements validation and characterization strategies for managed NAND products. Develops test frameworks, automation, and test cases; executes validation flows; performs failure analysis using protocol analyzers, oscilloscopes, and logic analyzers; documents results; drives defect management and collaborates with design and marketing engineering. Leverages AI/ML to improve test effectiveness and defect prediction.

The role involves managing projects, improving quality control, developing yield solutions, coordinating training programs, and ensuring timely execution of deliverables.

As a Staff Process Engineer, you will develop, optimize processes, resolve assembly issues, and ensure quality in the semiconductor manufacturing sector.
