The Global Facilities Tool Installation Engineer drives improvements in Front-End Manufacturing, manages TI projects, aligns global strategies, and mentors project managers, ensuring business alignment and optimization across multiple sites, while maintaining strong global relationships and communication.

Root-cause defects, propose process/electrical failure mechanisms, develop new FA/fi techniques, lead CE PYE technicians, maintain high tool uptime, and integrate AI-assisted tools to improve yield and reliability.

Lead verification strategy and execution for DRAM memory circuits from gate-level to full-chip, using SPICE/HSPICE and Verilog. Collaborate across design, product engineering, test, and process integration; develop verification plans, analyze parasitics, and guide circuit reviews to ensure performance, quality, and manufacturability.

Own and develop inspection equipment strategies and recipes to detect defects, close defect gaps, and improve automation. Partner with module owners and vendors, lead projects to improve inspection efficiency and sampling, coordinate vendor applications work, and track tool maintenance and SPC with sustaining teams.

Own development, optimization, and sustainment of ion implantation processes for high-volume semiconductor manufacturing. Drive yield and defect improvements using SPC and data analysis, lead process change reviews and qualifications, collaborate with equipment/integration teams and vendors, and accelerate learning via inline metrology and data-driven monitoring.

The role involves defining ASIC architectures, overseeing logic design and synthesis, collaborating with teams, and supporting product development.
