As a Principal Engineer in the HIG HBM Team, you will design Application-Specific Integrated Circuits for High Bandwidth Memories, lead layout teams, manage projects, and contribute to innovative semiconductor technologies for AI and HPC applications.

Lead process integration and yield ramp for DRAM modules across tech transfer and early HVM. Drive root-cause analysis using DOE, SPC/FDC, FMEA, and 8D, ensure manufacturability and reliability, manage a team of PI engineers, coordinate cross-functional alignment, support NPI and tech-transfer activities including extended international assignments, and sustain process control and operational excellence during ramps.

The Equipment Engineer will oversee and optimize CMP equipment, while the Process Engineer will enhance manufacturing processes, focusing on DRAM development and SPC initiatives.

The role involves quality assurance in semiconductor assembly and testing, driving corrective actions, data analysis, and quality benchmarking.

The Senior Manager leads Frontend Operations, ensuring effective team performance, equipment performance improvement, and process standardization while demonstrating leadership and fostering team growth.

Lead wafer fabrication operations, managing production teams while ensuring KPIs are met. Collaborate with engineering teams for process improvements and operational excellence.
