Establish CoSIM capability, define reference architectures and model libraries, run pilots tied to MBSE and virtual validation, reduce physical testing via credible correlation between simulations and physical tests, and drive earlier defect detection and virtualization of test cases.

Develop and implement scalable vehicle simulation components modeling ECUs, actuators, chassis, and tires. Collaborate with vehicle dynamics experts, design and run model validation studies, refactor and optimize code, and produce technical documentation and release notes.

The Senior Software Engineer will develop and maintain ADS/ADAS software solutions, lead perception solutions, mentor junior engineers, and improve software quality for autonomous driving technologies.

Lead design, deployment, and validation of electrical test systems for production lines. Manage cross-functional projects, commission test equipment, ensure manufacturing readiness, resolve issues, and drive quality and reliability across vehicle programs.

Lead full‑lifecycle development and delivery of high‑quality, performant web/Electron applications for motorsports operations. Debug, maintain, and tune live production systems, collaborate with engineering and trackside teams, mentor junior developers, and provide on‑call support for global events.
