Lead end-to-end software release and validation for suspension control modules, act as GM-supplier single point of contact, manage PRTS investigations, coordinate supplier and vehicle testing, ensure safety and compliance, and release software into development and production.

Lead a team operating full-vehicle and powertrain dynamometers and deliver an integrated closed-loop XiL environment (PIL/DiL/ViL). Own system architecture, model correlation, real-time integration, test strategy, safety, and cross-functional alignment to accelerate calibration and improve vehicle performance.

Lead mechanical and packaging design release for 12V component shields (generators, inverters, converters, vent tubes, jump start hardware). Translate requirements into manufacturable, serviceable shield solutions, manage drawings/BOMs/ECNs, drive cross-functional integration, support validation, supplier collaboration, prototype and production issue resolution, and ensure timing, cost, quality, and performance targets.

Lead vehicle-level noise and vibration integration across components and subsystems. Create and manage N&V requirements, plan and run complex tests, analyze data with specialized tools, propose countermeasures, support validation and release, and mentor less-experienced engineers while driving continuous improvement.

Lead design, development, validation, and release of vehicle thermal management components and subsystems. Manage supplier relationships, define interface requirements, perform analytical validation (FEA/CFD/modal), coordinate cross-functional activities, resolve production issues, and drive continuous improvement to meet performance, cost, manufacturability, and quality targets.

Lead design, validation, and release of engineered joint components (fasteners, seals, adhesives, TIM). Coordinate cross-functional and supplier teams, perform DFMEA, plan tests, implement engineering changes, support supplier quality and warranty resolution, and manage complex development programs.
