Integrate and balance vehicle packaging and design with cross-functional teams, develop engineering criteria and NX models, resolve packaging issues while protecting aesthetics, apply DFSS methods to manage tradeoffs, support digital and physical mockups (clay, VR/MR), benchmark competitors, lead integration meetings, and drive issue resolution for assigned vehicle systems.

Lead detailed analysis and simulation of power electronics and high-voltage bus systems for electrified propulsion. Define design and validation requirements, predict inverter losses and HV bus behavior, improve tools and methods, correlate test data, support programs from concept to production, mentor teams, and drive cost, size, and efficiency reductions across suppliers and cross-functional teams.

Design and build scalable, accessible frontend components and micro-frontends for a global vehicle commerce platform. Implement complex rule-driven UIs, real-time pricing displays, deep state management, and guided multi-step workflows. Drive automation, AI-enabled development practices, performance optimization, and contribute to an enterprise design system in a cross-functional Agile team.

Design, develop, and test embedded C++ software for automotive infotainment and digital displays. Lead system-level architecture and multi-display integration, build reusable UI rendering frameworks, optimize real-time performance (memory/CPU/log analysis), and collaborate cross-functionally while applying Agile practices and continuous integration/testing.

Integrate and balance engineering, design, human factors, and manufacturing requirements early in vehicle development. Lead packaging solutions, use physical/mathematical models, DFSS methods, and NX CAD to guide surface and package design across digital models, clay mockups, and VR/MR. Drive cross-functional meetings, benchmarking, and issue resolution to meet customer-facing targets for space, visibility, accommodation, and component placement.

Provide mechanical and manufacturing engineering support for production operations: ensure safety, lead technical troubleshooting, sustain conveyors/equipment, manage projects and contractors, support launches, drive continuous improvement in uptime, quality, and cost-effectiveness, and supervise skilled trades.
