Coordinate cross-functional and global teams, perform risk assessments, root-cause analysis, and drive model build efficiency and innovation. Mentor, document results, and align modeling initiatives with technology roadmaps.

Perform vehicle-level structural and comfort FEA for seat projects: develop FEA plans, create subsystem models, produce VDDV models from NX, run linear (Nastran/OptiStruct) and nonlinear (LS-DYNA) analyses, correlate to physical tests, recommend and implement design solutions, document reports, and provide technical leadership on program deliverables.
