Develop and maintain Celonis’s on-premise Process Mining application throughout its lifecycle. Responsibilities include backend implementation, troubleshooting, security and dependency updates, reliability improvements, customer migration support, development-process automation, and mentoring teammates. The role requires Java backend expertise with Spring Boot and Hibernate, experience with distributed microservices, and the ability to address enterprise security, compliance, scalability, and data consistency challenges.

Engineering Interns collaborate with engineering teams to design, develop, test, and own features for Celonis’s cloud-based process intelligence product. They write code, participate in code reviews and team rituals, work with senior engineers and mentors, contribute to open-source projects, and develop expertise in large-scale software systems using technologies such as Angular, Spring Boot, C++17, and Kubernetes.

Lead enterprise, data, cloud, and solution architecture for major customer accounts. Translate strategic objectives into technical plans, present to C-level executives, architect modernization and Agentic AI solutions, and support pre-sales and post-sales engagements. Collaborate with sales, product, engineering, security, and consulting teams; assess IT maturity; guide integrations, scalability, and performance; coach delivery teams; and create reusable technical assets, designs, presentations, and thought leadership.

Lead design, configuration, and delivery of Workday Financials solutions, integrations, and automations. Partner with Finance stakeholders to translate accounting requirements into scalable Workday implementations, support testing and production, and drive continuous improvement across the finance systems landscape.

Design and lead enterprise solution and data architectures for large accounts, engage C-level stakeholders, unblock technical sales, guide integrations, cloud strategy, automation, and coach consulting teams to drive adoption, retention, and revenue.

Design and lead enterprise solution architectures for large customers, support pre- and post-sales, unblock technical barriers, align cloud/data strategy with business goals, coach consulting teams, and develop reusable technical assets and thought leadership.

Build and grow Celonis’s process modeling library using TypeScript, Angular, and HTML5. Develop graph rendering, dynamic layouts, and interaction logic for complex datasets. Apply AI coding tools daily, collaborate with Product and UX, write tested code, make technical decisions, and mentor engineers.

Design, build, and maintain scalable full-stack systems for orchestration and automation. Collaborate with product, design, and engineering teams, ensure reliability, performance, and security, participate in architecture and code reviews, mentor junior engineers, and troubleshoot and optimize production systems.

Lead hands-on implementation of Celonis solutions for enterprise customers using AI-augmented tools. Translate business needs into technical specs, direct AI agents to build data models and analyses, validate outputs, configure operational solutions, run workshops, define KPIs, enable adoption, and manage project outcomes and handover.

Maintain and improve an on-premises Process Mining application, support customer migrations to the Celonis Platform, increase reliability and security, automate development processes, troubleshoot complex issues, mentor teammates, and contribute to an inclusive engineering culture.
