Partners with business, IT, analytics, and delivery teams on roadmaps, proofs of concept, implementation, architecture reviews, integrations, testing, troubleshooting, governance, and optimization. Develops a global field engineering organization, operating standards, performance metrics, and continuous-improvement practices to deliver safe, reliable, repeatable autonomy deployments.

Develop, test, and maintain scalable backend RESTful APIs and microservices using Java and Spring Boot on cloud platforms. Define API contracts/OpenAPI specs, implement OAuth2-based integrations, write automated tests, support CI/CD and deployments, troubleshoot production issues, participate in code reviews, and maintain technical and operational documentation.

Provides production support and platform stability for Azure cloud services and APIs. Owns incident resolution, coordinates cross-team troubleshooting, leads root cause analysis, maintains monitoring and operational runbooks, and drives reliability improvements. The role also supports on-call response, release and rollback processes, knowledge transfer, and operational readiness across distributed cloud services.
