Lead and execute large-scale spacecraft assembly, integration, and test campaigns. Define AI&T strategies, oversee cleanroom/lab integration, mentor engineers and technicians, author proposals, estimate cost/schedule, optimize test processes, and ensure operational readiness and quality for flight hardware.

The Engineering Discipline Manager leads the engineering team to develop flight and engine control systems, ensuring project execution and compliance with standards while managing talent and resources.

Write and run test procedures and scripts, troubleshoot hardware in cleanroom/lab environments, collaborate with systems and software teams, use EGSE and test benches, prepare documentation and presentations, and potentially lead small teams.

Support configuration management for combat vehicle programs: maintain technical data packages, apply CM processes per CM Plan, generate design status reports, support CM and quality audits, and develop solutions to moderate-scope problems using company policies and procedures.

Manage and lead engineering execution for the ACES product line: plan, execute, and own technical solutions, schedules, budgets, and cross-functional coordination. Serve as engineering focal point with program managers, operations, quality, subcontractors, factories, and customers. Onsite role supporting classified electronic warfare systems.
