Lead and manage a Systems Engineering team across Mission Engineering, Core Systems Engineering, or Mission Integration. Establish processes, provide technical and people leadership, oversee training and career development, support cross-enterprise collaboration, and ensure executional excellence. Maintain effective working relationships and perform other duties as necessary.

Lead design and implementation of enterprise integration solutions, modernizing BizTalk to Azure Integration Services. Provide technical leadership, architect integrations using Logic Apps, API Management, Service Bus, Event Grid, and Functions, and mentor engineers while ensuring security and alignment with enterprise architecture and business needs.

Lead program quality for defense electronics production: drive risk mitigation, process improvements, audits, and first-article inspections. Support inspection staff, enforce workmanship and non-conforming material controls, implement manufacturing instructions and route cards, and ensure program requirements flow-down while obtaining required security accesses.

Lead supplier quality activities for printed wiring boards (PWB/PCB): audit suppliers, perform source and first-article inspections, analyze defect trends, drive root-cause analysis and corrective actions, implement continuous improvement and supplier scorecards, and ensure compliance with IPC/MIL/AS standards to deliver high-reliability electronics for aerospace and defense.

Manage electrical and mechanical Ground Support Equipment (GSE) for spaceflight system testing. Oversee GSE lifecycle, maintenance, procurement, certification, IA/security coordination, risk management, scheduling, and cross-functional integration to ensure mission-ready test hardware.

Lead design and development of Built-In-Test (BIT) architecture, strategies, and test automation for electronic warfare and avionics systems. Perform testability analyses, MBSE artifact creation, BIT integration and demonstrations, prognostics algorithm design, root-cause investigations, and support SW, production, and field integration.

Lead design and development of RF algorithms (e.g., RADAR, IFF), perform V&V and systems engineering across lifecycle phases, mentor junior engineers, develop ICDs, support design reviews and integrate algorithms into larger systems while collaborating with cross-functional SMEs and supporting test and verification activities.

Perform configuration and data management for complex defense systems: manage deliverables in PDM, track and release CAD/drawings/software, maintain BOMs and CSA, support change control, supplier data, CCBs, and audit readiness (ISO/CMMI/DCMA).
