Lead migration and modernization of Windows workloads to Azure, design and maintain Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines and IaC (ARM/Bicep/Terraform), automate via PowerShell/REST, manage Windows servers and containerized workloads (AKS, Docker, Tanzu), enforce security/compliance (CMMC, STIGs, CIS), and mentor junior engineers.
