Design, implement, and optimize complex network architectures; deploy and manage routing, switching, firewalls, VPNs, MPLS, and SD-WAN; work with cloud networking (AWS/Azure/GCP) and network automation; create technical designs and documentation; brief designs to review boards; mentor junior engineers and resolve complex network issues.

Lead systems engineering for RS/RV across the acquisition lifecycle: develop and review MBSE architecture, assess RV design/production/testing, integrate complex system requirements and interfaces, perform risk and schedule assessments, present findings to stakeholders, and collaborate with customer and contractor teams to ensure successful delivery and sustainment.

Support design, CAD, drawing creation, fabrication, assembly, and test of focal plane packages and optical payload components. Coordinate with cross-functional teams, track cost/schedule, support analyses, and follow engineering change and verification processes.

Requires active Secret clearance and DoD-8570 IAT Level 2 certification.

Design, review, and approve electrical and instrumentation specifications and drawings for plant modernization projects. Develop instrument lists, loop/I&O documentation, equipment specs, RFQs, and EACs. Ensure compliance with codes, participate in P&ID/PFD, FMEA/PHA, vendor evaluations, field inspections, start-ups, and coordinate constructability with construction teams.
