Lead and optimize precision laser welding processes to produce hermetic seals for microwave submodules. Set up, calibrate, and operate laser welders; run DOE to define process windows; apply SPC and root cause analysis to meet yield and seal integrity targets. Execute environmental stress screening, perform de-lidding for inspection/rework, liaise with cross-functional teams, document work, manage IP, and mentor junior engineers.

Lead and execute integration, assembly, and acceptance testing of spacecraft hardware in lab and cleanroom environments. Develop and run AI&T test procedures, maintain test logs and reports, use GSE and test equipment, troubleshoot systems, collaborate with engineers and customers, and support launch operations.
