Develop, maintain, and enhance complex software systems. Design, code, debug, integrate, and test software components; analyze user requirements; resolve defects; recommend process and documentation improvements; build data queries and support system-level software design.

Perform logistics engineering and product support for advanced electronic systems: develop ILS deliverables, conduct analyses (LORA, MTA, spares, provisioning, SERD), apply DoD/GEIA standards and electronic models, support life‑cycle support planning, reliability/maintainability/product safety considerations, and contribute to sustainment and proposal activities.

Lead and supervise a drafting/modeling team producing contract deliverables and system-level support using CAD tools. Manage tasking, training, staffing, performance, contract artifacts (BOE, SOW, CDRL), and collaborate with engineering teams to support Navy Strategic Systems Programs.

Serve as day-to-day point of contact between customers, program engineers, and external contractors to manage subsystem interface requirements, synchronize engineering and program milestones, ensure timely information flow, translate technical concepts into requirements/timelines, and accelerate problem resolution to support system integration.

Lead Integrated Logistics/Product Support engineering for defense electronic systems: develop and coordinate ILS deliverables (LORA, MTA, spares, LPD), use DoD/GEIA tools and models, support sustainment planning, coordinate cross-functional teams, present to customers, and maintain clearance eligibility.
