Drive transition to a digital enterprise, create and analyze SysML/UML/UAF models using MagicDraw/Cameo, collaborate with teams, and support MBSE process implementation and training development.

Lead implementation of Agile MBSE best practices, provide MBSE training and guidance, develop models and modeling strategies (SysML/UML/UAF) using tools like MagicDraw/Cameo, collaborate with project teams to create training/materials and drive the transition to a digital, cloud-enabled engineering environment.

Develop, code, test, debug, document and install AV/VTC software. Create DSP files, configure AV equipment to standards and government guidelines, support customer acceptance tests and end-user training, troubleshoot complex systems, and collaborate with programming, engineering, project management, and customers to improve AV software and workflows.

Lead adoption of Agile-MBSE practices, develop MBSE models and training, guide program MBSE development, and provide technical direction for model development, processes, and best practices to support a transition to a digital, cloud-enabled engineering environment.

Develop, maintain, and enhance modeling and simulation software (C++), including real-time and data-intensive systems. Perform algorithm implementation, testing, validation/verification, debugging, integration across baselines, and collaborate with systems, CM, and other engineers through the software lifecycle.
