Provide technical leadership, risk identification, cross-functional collaboration, staffing and process improvements, and brief senior leadership.

Lead design, architecture, integration, verification, and validation of high-power, safety-critical propulsion battery systems for aircraft. Define hardware/software interfaces, produce engineering documentation, perform system integration, and develop/validate SOC/SOH/SOE models.
