Lead and manage the Space Communications engineering team (45% functional management, 55% technical/project work). Oversee RF and optical communication subsystems, staffing, mentoring, subcontractor procurement, vendor relationships, hardware interfaces, cost estimating, proposal and technical writing, and strategy/roadmap development. Serve as primary contact for new programs and ensure successful execution of communications subsystems.

Perform full software lifecycle tasks (requirements, architecture, design, code, test, integration, documentation). Build and support test infrastructure, CI/CD and containerized deployments. Work onsite regularly and collaborate across engineering and program teams. Requires active TS/SCI clearance and experience with modern cloud, embedded, and software engineering practices.

Technical lead for end-to-end electrical design, integration, test, and delivery of space-grade electronics boxes. Manage requirements flow-down to PWAs, FPGAs and software, lead integration and verification, resolve anomalies, select EEE parts, produce RVM and documentation, and mentor junior engineers while mitigating technical and schedule risks.

Design, implement, test, integrate, document and support embedded software for satellite/airborne/ground systems across the full software lifecycle. Work with CI/CD, containerization, Embedded Linux, C/C++, Rust, Python, FPGAs, messaging systems, and formal development practices. On-site role supporting testing and integration activities.

Design and verify spacecraft fault management and on-board autonomy. Contribute to systems engineering, CONOPS, requirements V&V, test plan development and execution, hardware-in-the-loop and mission operations support. Document fault management approaches, collaborate with SMEs and customers, and support programs from concept through on-orbit operations.

Design, develop, test, and maintain Python and related applications integrating with existing infrastructure. Collaborate cross-functionally to implement modular, repeatable, and automated solutions, apply Model Based Engineering, participate in code reviews, implement automated testing, and support cloud-native microservices and observability practices.
