Leads the design, implementation, operation, security, and troubleshooting of enterprise LAN/WAN, data center, cloud, telecommunications, voice, and network infrastructure. Manages incidents, monitoring, automation, vendors, lifecycle changes, documentation, disaster recovery, compliance, and infrastructure projects. Provides technical leadership, trains team members, participates in on-call support, and maintains reliable connectivity across enterprise environments.

Lead enterprise platform strategy and architecture for cloud, data, and AI platforms (Fabric, Databricks, Synapse, OpenAI/Foundry). Own platform lifecycle, establish standards and guardrails, drive modernization and cost optimization, influence governance, mentor senior engineers, and partner with executives to translate strategy into platform capabilities.
