Responsibilities include line balancing, labor standards, workstation layouts, cycle-time analysis, ergonomics, lean manufacturing, throughput improvement, KPI tracking, Kaizen events, cost reduction, and engineering change management. The role mentors production teams and collaborates with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, and Operations during startup and production ramp-up.

Authors and maintains system, subsystem, and component-level engineering requirements and validation test methods for battery energy storage systems. Decomposes customer and regulatory requirements, defines measurable acceptance criteria, and supports integrated quality, certification, failure-mode avoidance, and factory acceptance testing. Collaborates across engineering, manufacturing, suppliers, and customers, with occasional work in high-voltage environments and travel for testing and related activities.
