Design and develop schematics and PCBs, perform electrical simulations and testing (signal integrity, thermal, EMC), develop real-time embedded software in C++/Python, integrate electromechanical systems, validate designs to military standards, and optimize performance and power for autonomous turret robotics systems.

Design and validate robust electromechanical systems for an autonomous gun turret. Perform kinematic and multibody dynamic analysis, structural/dynamic/modal/vibration/thermal simulations, and MIL-STD-810–grade testing. Integrate mechanical and electrical components, create detailed drawings and test protocols, support prototyping and manufacturing, and contribute to cross-functional design reviews to ensure durability, reliability, and manufacturability.

Create and maintain detailed SolidWorks mechanical drawings, 3D models, assemblies, BOMs, and documentation. Apply GD&T and tolerancing, support prototyping and production, and collaborate with mechanical, electrical, and embedded teams to ensure manufacturable designs.

Create and maintain operator manuals, user guides, system integration documents, maintenance procedures, and government-facing deliverables for an autonomous counter-drone turret. Work with engineers to document computer vision, control systems, hardware assembly, wiring, and embedded software; manage version control, technical illustrations, and ensure compliance with DoD/MIL-SPEC/ITAR requirements for contract submissions.
