Lead a 4-5 person engineering team to build clinician-facing quality platform: define technical/product direction, ship AI-assisted workflows from transcripts to chart notes, partner with clinical/product/design/data, hire and develop engineers, ensure reliability, observability, privacy, and measure care quality and outcomes.

Lead a 4–6 engineer team owning provider journey systems (application, onboarding, scheduling, productivity, earnings). Drive architecture, delivery, data foundations, automation, and product decisions to scale provider capacity, improve activation funnels, and connect provider growth to patient access and business outcomes.

Lead and grow a 4–6 engineer team building provider- and operations-facing systems. Stay hands-on with architecture, coding, on-call, and partner with product, design, data, and ops to automate workflows, improve scheduling, onboarding, billing/claims, and build reliable, auditable systems that scale across a nationwide clinical network.

Lead a 4-5 engineer team to improve patient activation, matching, retention, and lifecycle experiences. Combine hands-on coding, architecture, product partnership, data-driven experimentation, hiring, and coaching to deliver measurable outcomes and scale solutions.

The Senior Full Stack Engineer will design and develop features for the platform, maintain code, and collaborate across teams to improve engineering processes.

Lead and grow a consumer engineering organization (8–12+ engineers), set multi-year technical and product direction, stay hands-on in architecture and coding, partner with product/design/clinical teams, own reliability and scalability, and build an AI-powered health companion while scaling processes and hiring.
