Build configurable validation tools covering CPUs, AI accelerators, memory, PCIe, storage, firmware, BMC, and other platform components. Lead troubleshooting, hardware bring-up, validation, qualification, and root-cause analysis for Arm-based AI compute platforms, including server blades, motherboards, power systems, and rack-scale infrastructure. Diagnose thermal, power, networking, BIOS, and BMC issues; develop validation documentation and troubleshooting procedures; collaborate with engineering and data center teams; and mentor junior staff while supporting critical deployments and on-call activities.

Defines end-to-end storage architecture and technology roadmaps for AI servers and data centers. Leads design of local, disaggregated, and distributed storage; optimizes Linux storage performance, NVMe lifecycle management, telemetry, and AI workloads. Diagnoses complex hardware and software issues across kernels, PCIe, networks, firmware, and storage platforms. Provides technical leadership across engineering, automation, supply chain, vendors, and product teams while evaluating emerging interconnect and memory-tiering technologies.

Provides technical leadership for designing, integrating, validating, and deploying robotic automation systems for data center operations. Leads robotics architecture, partner coordination, verification and validation, troubleshooting across software and hardware, and transition of R&D prototypes into production systems. Works with robotic manipulation, material transport, inspection, autonomous mobile robots, fleet coordination, and scalable deployment infrastructure while mentoring engineers and influencing technical direction.

Define and deploy board- and system-level manufacturing test strategies for high-volume server production. Develop ICT/MDA/board functional tests, fixtures, and test infrastructure; drive yield improvement, failure analysis, and corrective actions; partner with ODMs and cross-functional teams to ensure scalable, reliable production testing and factory readiness.

Lead end-to-end signal integrity analysis and optimization for blade- and rack-level high-speed compute platforms. Perform SI/PI simulations and hands-on lab validation (VNA, TDR, BERT, oscilloscopes), correlate measurements with simulations, debug margin gaps, and collaborate with silicon, package, board, connector, cable, ODMs and vendors to improve I/O channel performance and produce technical validation reports.

Lead development of system-level test capabilities for multi-die AI processors, managing engineers and defining production, engineering, and characterization test solutions. Collaborate with silicon, test, DFT, manufacturing, and external vendors on fixtures, ATE, board-level testing, thermal control, test correlation, NPI transfer, silicon bring-up, defect identification, and yield improvement. Mentor junior engineers and support volume manufacturing.
