The Industrial Controls / PLC Programmer will be responsible for PLC programming and troubleshooting to increase uptime, throughput, efficiency, and quality of equipment. They will maintain, design, develop, and continuously improve equipment to ensure high-quality frames are produced. Responsibilities include PLC troubleshooting and programming for automation production lines, designing with AutoCAD, network interfacing, HMI programming, data collection, machine vision inspection, and motion control applications.

Accountable for continuous improvement opportunities in existing equipment/processes to support Manufacturing Engineering. Responsibilities include root cause analysis, quality improvements, capital projects, feasibility studies, process change notifications, facilitating meetings, and more. Seeking results-oriented individual with a continuous improvement mindset and 3-5 years of related experience.

Introducing new processes and testing camera systems for the automotive industry. Designing optical testing devices and ensuring quality of lenses. Developing specifications and documents for production. Designing optimal processes with safety and legislative standards in mind.
